WHAT IS ACCOUNT BALANCE?
As of February 2014 the ACCOUNT BALANCEwill be the monies outstanding at the end of the prior month billing, this may be shown as a credit if there is a credit balance on that date..
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Bills are commonly mailed be delivered on the first day of the month. The account becomes delinquent if not paid by the 20th day.
WHAT IS A DELINQUENCY NOTICE?
A Delinquency notice provides for a 5 working day notice prior to disconnection of service for non –payment. Typically 20 calendar days are provided to pay the bill and 5 working days are provided thereafter before service is disconnected.
IS PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED?
YES, ANY amount less than the full amount is considered non-payment.
WHEN WILL MY SERVICE BE CONNECTED AFTER DISCONNECTION?
Payment made before noon will commonly be re-connected after noon. Payments made after noon or received in the drop box in the morning will be re-connected about noon.
WHAT IS A RE-CONNECTION FEE & WHEN DO I PAY IT?
Re-connection and bad check NSF fees are billed on the next billing cycle, there is no fee for occupancy change disconnection/re-connection.
